In-stock products will process and ship with 2-3 business days. Orders of out of stock items can take up to 2-4 weeks to receive. Generally, it takes us less than 2 weeks, but uncontrollable circumstance can happen and maybe cause a delay on your order.
With the exception to Rental Rides and instruction, all items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Note* some products are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. California Flyboard, L.L.C. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All claims must be filed with the carrier and dealt with by one of their representative's. We will provide as much assistance as possible in handling the case, but cannot guarantee it will be covered.
Shipping cost will be passed onto the customer and sometimes this maybe happens after the initial transaction. If there are additional shipping charges, California Flyboard, L.L.C. will notify you and collect the outstanding balance.
